MarketMind AI, Inc. ("MarketMind," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MarketMind AI platform, APIs, SDKs, and associated services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or use our Service. We collect information in three ways: • Information you provide directly: Email address, company name, job title, and use-case description when you join our waitlist or register for early access. Payment information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store raw card data). • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps via server logs and analytics tools. API request metadata including endpoint called, response codes, latency, and call volume — but not the content of your Customer Data payloads. • Information from third parties: We may receive limited profile data (name, email) from OAuth providers if you choose to sign in via Google or GitHub.
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Service. • Send you onboarding, product update, and support communications. • Monitor API usage, enforce rate limits, and detect abuse or security threats. • Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics to understand platform performance. • Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful government requests. • Contact you about your account, billing, or significant changes to our policies. We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases: • Contract: Processing necessary to provide the Service you have requested. • Legitimate Interests: Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service analytics, where our interests are not overridden by your rights. • Consent: Marketing communications and cookie placement where consent is required by law. • Legal Obligation: Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We do not sell your personal information. Data you send through the API ("Customer Data") is processed transiently to generate API responses and is not stored beyond the duration required to service the request, unless you explicitly use memory layer features. Customer Data is not used to train our models, shared with other customers, or retained for analytics. You remain the data controller for all Customer Data. We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Waitlist entries are retained until you request removal or we launch publicly. API request logs are retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes, then automatically purged. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
